VOL: Wilderness Inquiry’s 8th Annual Great River Race

Wilderness Inquiry’s Great River Race is fast approaching and we’d love to have you join us! This event is our annual fundraiser and 40th anniversary community celebration! All proceeds from the event will fund our Canoe mobile program which focuses on connecting under served youth to local waterways and their communities.

You can find out more about the event and the Canoe mobile program here: https://www.wildernessinquiry.org/donations-support/great-river-race/

Would you be interested in joining us for all or part of the day as a formal helping hand? We are in need of volunteers, and it promises to be a great time!

The day runs from 8am-4pm, including set-up, the canoe race, our community event, and tear-down, and we have need for a great many skillsets. We’ll provide coffee and breakfast, a t-shirt, lunch, and all the volunteer fun you can have! If you know of others who might be interested in volunteering as well, please help connect us — the more the merrier!
