ADV-AIS: AIS Detector Training

AISHeaderThe AIS Detector Team is excited to announce five special opportunities for Advanced Training this summer. These one-day training activities will give you the opportunity to learn more about AIS through field trips, boat sessions, and more!

As a reminder, all AIS Detectors are required to complete 8 hours of Advanced Training each year in order to maintain their certification. If you completed your AIS Detectors training in 2017, these five opportunities are a great way to fulfill that requirement! If you completed your AIS Detectors training in 2018, you are not required to complete additional training, but you are welcome at any of the course offerings this year!
