The Leave No Trace Minnesota Chapter is currently seeking volunteers to help promote outdoor ethics in the Twin Cities Metro and Duluth areas in 2018.
Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics is an educational non-profit that teaches people of all ages to enjoy the outdoors responsibly. Our outreach includes interactive booths at large events such as the Midwest Mountaineering Expos, State Fair and the Lake Elmo Bluegrass Festival. We also provide campfire programs at Washington County Parks and other educational programming for 4-H, Girl Scouts and regional parks.
No formal training is required. A free online Awareness Workshop is encouraged, along with shadowing a current Leave No Trace volunteer at an event.
