Why Native Plants?

Native plants are magnets for important pollinators like bees, monarch butterflies and hummingbirds – providing them with a vital source of food. Native plants are also best adapted to the local climate and soil types. Once established, these hearty plants generally need very little care. Using native plants means you spend less time watering and fertilizing your garden, and more time enjoying all of the wildlife that visits!
